Exceptionally comfortable hotel with sea views to the horizon and very very helpful staff. Comfy bed and well-equipped and well-appointed rooms. Had great a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Magnificent location, next door to Explore Nz. Nestled next door to bars and pubs.

Close to town, short walk to the wharf. Great value for money. Highly recommended! Would stay again.

This place is in an amazing location by the sea, near all the major shops and a pharmacy, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the shopping area and the wharf where many of the tours depart from. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms had everything you needed. The beds were made and the rooms were serviced daily, which was a wonderful bonus. Despite the cold winter temperatures, the heaters and electric blankets kept us cozy. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the main town strip and with stunning views across the bay and beyond. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations and even offering a discount on local trips. The rooms were well-equipped and very clean, with attention to detail in providing tea, coffee, and a small carton of milk on arrival.

We had an excellent stay in the most amazing location, just a few steps away from the beach. the room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view. the staff offered great service and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed using the convenient leisure facilities provided.

The kitchen equipment in the apartment was lacking. No vegetable peeler or mixing bowls were provided and we had to resort to heating up pre-cooked food.
